In the months from April through September, the property is rented out as a holiday accommodation and the prices shown under the Book Here button apply. Depending on the period, prices may vary there.
In the months from October through March, the amusement park is closed and there is less rental activity. You can still contact the reception, but for those who wish to stay for a longer period, it is possible to make arrangements with the landlord. The applicable rates are as follows:

Energy, TV and internet per month (30 days): €201.05

Park management costs: €62.06 per week

At around €35 per day, the holiday home is two to three times cheaper than an average hotel room per night.
Longer-term rental is only available during the months from October through March. It is formally regulated that from April through September the park is reserved for holiday rentals, with prices available via the Book Here button. A landlord cannot deviate from this.
Please note that this is a holiday park, and you cannot register as a resident with the municipality of Borger-Odoorn. The house also does not have a mailbox. In consultation with the reception, it may be possible to have mail delivered there.
